Friday! Marc and I kicked off the weekend by getting a sitter and going out to dinner. We went to one of our favorite places, Swing, and had fantastic food and wine. Their mashed potatoes are the greatest I've ever eaten and their filet mignon is equally as good. Marc thought he'd be adventurous and order something different. Unfortunately, he realized that lamb just isn't his thing. We ended our meal with coffee and creme brulee. It was nice to relax while eating instead of worrying about how many cheerios are ending up on the floor, or when a meltdown might occur. Unfortunately, my cameras was dead, so I had to wait until we got home to take a photo.
Good for you! Grown-up time is so necessary!
